I'm 22 years old and so far have never owned my own house. I lived away from home briefly whilst studying at Swansea University but that was in student accommodation. I currently live at home with my parents who are desperate for me to move out and take care of myself in the real world... And whilst the idea of owning my own house with Sam is exciting it is also terrifying, as it will be the first time in my life where my mum and dad won't be financially responsible for me... But its time to take responsibility for myself and its not going to be as scary as it could be because I get to experience it all with Sam, who makes everything seem far more achievable.
About Sam:
I'm 25 years old and for the past 4 years I have owned a house with my brother Tom. We bought the house as an investment to decorate and renovate it to increase it's value, so that when we decided to sell, we would have enough money to be able to buy houses on our own.Now the time has come to invest in a new property with Laura, our first home as a couple, and it will be interesting to see what the rest of 2017 brings.
